upper track

Notes

4x100s in trainers- felt like i was wearing weights on my feet but opened up and powered through these very smooth form wise.

Then went up on the upper track and jogged 1.5 mile cooldown with crain, gaither, and ken (or cam) i don't remember haha. Stretched/rolled out after at the meeting, then hit the weight room
