Solo scoot. Up early, out the door early. Colder (41 degrees) so calves were a bit tight but not bad. Did a backwards version of the route I would do over to school solo, actually kept pace a bit brisk (7:00s). Joined up w/ the team to do Duck, then added on laps on the track after to get to 6. Left calf was a bit tight/noticeable. Wasn't painful or inhibiting but deff was the most noticeable it has been so need to get it a bit extra care. Hips after.
