Cold one out today. Brady, Warstler, Prieboy, Sparks, me and Janet headed out on Wacky wiz, turned into burlington park and took the trails out to the road, then jumped on mcdiz before i turned back at 25 minutes and finished up by myself. Legs were uber tight from everything yesterday and never really loosened up. Had some good talks and what not.
