"easier" weight lifting session today. Did the normal 4 leg lifts plus two of the hip ones- but only on "minimum" weight (as in, the normal starting weight for when i do the progression lifting". Leg extension and hamstrings were still tough, as was the calves- probably a little residual from monday and from the faster stuff today. Either was though, it was nice getting in there, getting it done, and knowing that I'm staying consistent and not tapering for this weekend
