Beautiful morning out- out the door early for 7 miles out and back on the East side of the Fox River Trail. Body felt alright, well rested after a few days off. Some tightness on my right achilles again- deff need to do a full body stretch and then do a better job of maintenance as I attempt to ramp up training. Pace gradually quickened as the run went on but felt good overall. Core and hips after.
