Such a solid workout for once! did 8 loops, which was 4.7 miles long, averaging 5:41 pace the entire time. would take the turn from benton to the top of the hill about 70 percent (with the hill being the only hard-hard part) and the recovery t about 60 percent. never got fatigued, nothing locked up, times stayed pretty consistent, and managed to keep my recovery tempo, felt really good
