Leg strength work after the guys finished their workout- did the DW normal leg strengthening stuff. Was deff tough- my hamstrings are just not very good at the moment, so definitely need this. Some of them weren't bad- kang squats, lunges. Whereas the broad jump squats/ squat to squat jumps were tough. Need to do this 2-3 times a week but this first week will deff be tougher.

Arm lifting after- came in fresh after not lifting since last week but didn't want to overdo it so kept it closer to what my current maxes had been. Had to rush through to get this done on time before a meeting so solid to get this type of volume in
