Back to the grind early Monday morning. Up at 5:15 and out the door by 6ish. Cool morning, very pleasant- leg felt as laggy as it has been normallly, not as painful but deff a noticeable limp. Did about 2.25 solo before meeting the team, did morning run, then added on to hit 7. Decent run- HR was good and pace was fine. Once I get the leg thing sorted, I think I'll be good.
Very much need to lose weight- have ballooned to 180 and despite running more consistently and doing core, I visibly look larger so will make this a focus moving forward.
