Pleasent-ish lunch run. Went to the same Ginger Park and this time ran North on the Batavia section back towards home. Out and back 6 miles in the shade and was cooler out (75). Run was OK- HR was lower but leg was still bugging plus mentally was a bit in a rut today. Progressed through the run a bit and cool to know have traversed this entire path (exactly 9 miles from home to the Aurora path connection by 59). Core after in the grass.
