Mixed pool workout. 10 minutes normal, 10 minutes 1 on/1 off, 10 minutes normal, then 6 minutes of lap swimming. The normals were good for the legs, but breathing was barely over 120 at all. The 1 on/1 offs helped, but nothing substantial. The swimming laps kicked my lungs and legs ass. I walked out of there super sore and tired, from just 6 minutes of that shit
