Beautiful Sunday morning run to finish up the week. Out early w/ Zach- was cool and sunny but super nice. Went to Dick Young and did the full outer loop (which was about 5.5) before adding on to make it 6+. Bit slow going to start but settled into 7:20s. Wore the pegtrail and between prehab/being on grass/the shoes, probably the best the legs have felt. Noticeable calf but not bad.
Solid week- 50+ miles, hit most of my goals. Calf is still what it is but doing what I can each day.
