- the backpack is nearly loaded. Only a few more items to fit in

discovered a better/safer way to keep my iPhone: in a plastic bag in one of the side pockets

will keep something else (pacing/turn/phone number sheets) where the iPhone once was

- Annette taught me some exercises for my back; I hope they help

they mimic what I was doing on picnic benches and the way I tried stretching my arms when I ran

they use a long foam roller

- I think I'd like working at the reservoir
