- ran a 4/1, most of the time. tough day. finished 5/11 in my age/gender group, 136/219 overall, 89/131 males

- I was fading badly the last four-six miles, but kept discipline mostly until the last two miles.
- my original goal was 4:30 (after yesterday's Circular Logic) but I faded. Reset to 4:45 and struggled to barely make that
- Frank ran well, saw Amber and Danette, saw Todd, Kimberly Boner was there. Shane was there, but I never saw him.
