Drove to Missoula for p.t. session w/ Jamie. Did some dry needling. She said calves were better, but worried about my meniscus and cartilidge loss on inside of knees. Also told her about the outside of my left foot and she said that's a stress fracture area. We figure maybe the Superfeet + motion control might be forcing too much onto outside of foot, so gonna try some running w/out Superfeet in motion control shoes. Then went to Garnett Ghost Town from Highway 200, then drove down to I-90 (had to go on a rough road detour for a few miles). Then drove back to Great Falls for coaches clinic.
