7:51 avg. Felt like crap. Miles 2-5 weren't bad, but that last pull up the hill was tough! Legs weak, shoulders tight - just like running at altitude. Still coughing up a bunch of crap. 8:02, 7:48, 7:46, 7:39, 7:55, 7:53. Saw a bunny by Terry Synan's. Outside left calf a bit sore. Didn't wear Superfeet - everything felt a bit weird for first mile.
