I thought about sleeping in this morning, but my body is ready to run by 7am. so up I go and hit the treadmill. Running was a bit easier today. The modeling show was on and distracts me from thinking about running. I stopped for a moment to retie my hair and when I started again it was hard. I finished, did about 3 mins of incline and some upper body weights. Feel good, but I think I need to step it up a bit. Maybe add some more milage. we'll see how the week goes.
