ran a workout with ben and tyler, invited distler but he puss'd out. did a 5x800, goal pace was 2:30ish average. felt really tired on the warmup and didnt really feel good at any point during the workout, but i pushed through it. i led the first and fourth ones, tyler led the third and last ones, and ben led the second one. we pretty much just got faster each one which was good. with 400 to go on the last one tyler asked if we wanted to kick and i said with 200 to go, so when we hit the 200m mark ben took off and i went right with him and kicked him down, felt really smooth the last hundred, which is unlike my usual kicks in interval workouts. ended up averaging about 2:28.6.
