First run back after vacation, and it was a rough one. Legs felt like lead the entire time, and I struggled seriously to maintain a decent pace. But at least I got in some mileage today. Temps in upper 70s with dew points in lower 70s. I don't even want to imagine what everyone dealt with this past week.
