Second run of day. Wanted to pick it up a bit more than I had this morning. Run was better overall than this morning, though my left arch is bugging me, as well as the area next to my right knee. Hoping the knee problem is temporary. Meanwhile, I have been continuing to ice my arch. It might be time to replace my trainers.
