Supposed to be 2+ easy, 2 @ GMP (7:15), 1 easy, 2 @ 7:15, 2+ easy. Workout went like this: 1.8 @ 8:30(warm up), 7:20, 7:13, 7:12, 6:57, 6:59, 6:58, 2.4 @ 7:51 (cool down). HR a little high for my liking, but I'm thinking it might be due to not being 100% recovered from my cold.
