Dress rehearsal run, wearing same gear that I plan to use on Sunday. Included 3 miles at the fast end of my potential goal range (I admittedly have a very wide range, anywhere from 6:55 to 7:25). HR for MP miles (splits of 6:57, 6:52, 6:53) was a bit on the high side (173, 87% of HR Max, 82% of HRR), so it probably makes sense to slow it down to around 7:05 on Sunday. Goal for Fox Valley will be around 3:05ish if weather cooperates.
