Notes

Evening run as we prepared runners for last night's interval workout. Mileage includes warm up and cool down (between Fleet Feet and location of interval workout) and 2 laps of quarter mile repeats w/recovery jogs. Didn't wear Garmin, so I have no idea of running time or pace.
