Notes

Run to gym, warm up on TM before strength training, followed by 4 miles on TM including 20 minutes of ladders @ current 10K PR pace with equal recoveries (30 sec/1 min/2 min/3 min/2 min/1 min/30 sec). Not sure if I trust TM calibration, because current 10K PR pace felt too easy.
