Notes
TM workout, including my first attempt at speed work since October. Did some ladders at "10K" pace (1 min-2-3-2-1-2-3) with equal time recoveries. Ran the fast portions at 6:15 pace, though it's probably faster than my current fitness. Speed work hurts--OUCH! Book-ended the workout with easy mileage. I have a lot of work to do to get ready for Boston.
