Always glad to get these types of workouts completed, because they suck! Included 8 sets of 1/2 mile repeats @ goal 8K pace with 1/4 recovery jogs. Splits for repeats ranged from 2:52 to 2:57 (5:44 to 5:54 pace). Last bit of sharpening before Sunday's Shamrock Shuffle.
