Awesome running weather. Again, let the cadence counter guide my efforts, warming up at 184 spm before picking it up to 190-192. I knew this would be a solid run when I ran first mile in 8:13. Stopped after about 4 miles to do some leg strengthening (lunges and step ups) before finishing run. Stride felt smooth most of the way, it looks like the strength and mobility work is already working. Last 4 miles in sub 7:30 (7:24, 7:26, 7:15, 6:58). It looks like I'm on my way to my first 50+ mile week since I started my taper for Fox Valley.
