Wow, that one sucked! You'd think that after not running since last Wednesday that I'd be ready to go, but that wasn't the case. Good thing I didn't get to run NYC, because that would have been ugly as sin. Tried to do some 2 minute fartleks, but the legs just didn't want to move fast at all and the stride was anything but smooth. Ended up walking the last 1+ mile that I planned to run. Woke up this morning considering racing the Perfect 10 on Saturday, but this showed me that I'd be wasting my money by doing such a thing.
