Nice and easy 3 mile run. 1 mile w/u, 2 miles targeting goal pace for Sunday's race (8:23). Don't let the high AHR fool you (160), run felt easy and remained the same whether I ran 9:2x pace or 8:2x pace. Next run will be the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon (3:40 or bust).
