90 minutes on TM to spend time running in warmer conditions. After much hesitation, I just sucked it up and got my fat ass to the gym. To make workout a little less boring, I set the TM to "random," so it would shift in elevation at irregular intervals during the run (anywhere from 1.5 to 7.5% incline).
