2 miles easy, 6 mile progression from MP to HMP, 2 miles easy. Readjusted Garmin to set off every lap at 1.01 to account for overages. Splits for progression were 6:48, 6:41, 6:16, 6:11, 6:08, 6:07. Didn't expect to do so well, to be completely honest, as I expected to go from 6:50 to 6:15. Maybe I'm starting to peak at the right time.
