Notes

Decided to take this one inside on the TM at the gym because of the crazy winds (gusts over 40 mph). Also decided to shorten run, making it 1 mile warm up, 3 X 1.8 miles @ HMP with .2 mile recovery jogs, 1 mile cool down. Aside from a tight right shin, legs felt good and breathing felt fine for the paces I was running.
