Despite the abdominal cramps that have been bothering me since I woke up this morning, this was a pretty good run. Sunny, mid 40s, and light winds perked up my spirits today. After the warmup, run included miles starting at slower than HMP and working down to goal HMP--6:27, 6:30, 6:23, 6:10, 6:11, 6:01 (water break), 6:22, 6:16, 6:12 (last .5 miles).
