This workout kicked my rear end. Included 10 X 1000 meters @ between HMP and 10K pace with 1 minute recoveries. Aimed for my 10 mile PR pace (6:12) for the repeats, ended up with the following paces--6:05, 6:11, 6:00, 6:02, 6:05, 6:02, 5:58, 6:03, 6:03, 5:55. Maybe I should try for a 10K before Indy.
