Sure didn't expect the workout to go like that. Supposed complete 10 miles w/6 at goal marathon pace (6:52), but after running my first "w/u mile" in 6:56, I could tell that my legs wanted to go for it. So I shortened the total workout to 10K. Behold the power of the rest day! First 3 miles into the wind averaging 6:45, last 3.2 (wind aided) averaging 6:17.
