Threshold + speed interval workout. 5K w/u, 10 minutes @ HMP, 90 seconds easy, 10 minutes @ HMP. Followed this with 5 sets of alternating laps of .2 miles at hard/easy effort. Hard effort = goal 3K-5K pace (5:27-5:43)/Easy effort = 7:30 ish pace. Finished with 5K cool down. WORKOUT NAILED!!
