8 miles with CES marathon training group, followed by a few more miles on my own as I headed back home. Today I was lucky enough to be able to run with Sarah Lowrey and Alice Morado. Very humid, but cloudy for the CES portion of the run, with mostly sunny skies at the end. The presence of the sun made a huge difference in my perception of warmth.
