Plan called for 14 progression with last 20 minutes at moderate effort. Ran first 12 progressive (8:17, 8:02, 7:53, 7:46, 7:36, 7:30, 7:21, 7:19, 7:11, 6:55, 6:39, 6:21) and then dialed it back a bit the last two (6:52, 6:42). And there you have it, my last LR before next Saturday's race. Another run in the Mizuno Wave Rider 15.
