Threshold run, with 30 minutes @ "HMP." Okay, not really, but I don't know what HMP is right now, so I started near 6:50 pace and worked my way down to below 6:20 pace. Average of 6:33 pace for 30 minutes. It's a good start considering I haven't touched this sort of workout since training for Indy Monumental. Definitely a confidence building run. Time to lose these extra 10 lbs, keep with the quality training, and see if can get back to HM PR shape.
