Notes

Long run w/ CES. Cooler temps and lower humidity made a great deal of difference. Run was a great morale booster in terms of my ability to be able to pace 1:45 next weekend at the Chicago Half and (possibly) 3:30 at the Chicago Marathon. AHR 157 (80.5% of HRMax), peak of 167.
