MLR with "tempo" portion. 2 X 3 miles, starting at 30 seconds faster than GBMP (Goal Boston Marathon Pace= 7:15) , finishing at around 50 seconds faster. Splits for quality miles were 6:47, 6:45, 6:37, 6:35, 6:33, 6:26. Feeling somewhat hopeful of going into Boston in PR shape, which should make sub 3:10 manageable.
