Notes
Warm up and cool down around a 5k test run
Total 5k time was 28:50 / 9:17 pace (included a lot of walking over the last .77 miles)
Total time for 2.33 miles was 20:44 / 8:54 pace (decided to end it here b/c I was already walking some)
Lessons learned:
1) First month of 50 miles in a long time
2) First week close to 20 miles in a long time
3) Legs are tired from running 6 straight days
4) I'm working my way back - endurance first, then speed
