I am making an effort to really stick with the time listed for running, not the pace or distance. This run felt good, although it was my first run on a treadmill in a LONG time. I could not get a good reading on my HR from the treadmill (it said that my HR was in the low 70s in the middle of the run - no way!), but I was conversational all the way through.

I'm in Mississippi on a misison trip, so I'm way out of my element. This week will be all about just doing it.
