Great run. No aches at all and I ran a nice easy pace. My breathing stayed steady the entire run and when I was done and looked at my sportband, I couldn't believe that I'd just run almost 3.6 miles.

I did not try to run fast, and that's what I'm loving about these long runs. I'm not checking distance or pace, just the time I've been running. I'm even taking unfamiliar routes so that I can't guess how far I've gone. I'm just learning to listen to my body and trust myself to adjust the pace if I need to. That's why I'm so pumped about the run today. I ran within myself and didn't push it and I ran a sub-11 m/m pace. Very good day.
