Week 3, Day 3

Pretty tired this morning after TYT Stil event last night. Plus, we ate supper out @ Applebees after the event around 10:30. Uggh.

Tried to do the whole circuit of the subdivision 2x (that would be 2.2 miles), but instead did it once and turned around at the road the second time and came back. On the 2nd cycle of 3 min run, 3 min walk, I was on a hill and stopped running @ 2 min to walk the rest of the way up the hill. So my 2nd cycle looked like this:

90 Run, 90 Walk

2 min Run, 2 min Walk

2 min Run, 3 min Walk, 1 min Run
