Since this was my "short" run of the week, I decided to see what I could do if I picked the pace up a bit. I set my Nike+ sportband to time and didn't worry about how far I'd gone. I was secretly hoping to at least get 3 miles in my 30 minute run, and when I was done, I'd run 3.18 miles - a 9:27/mile pace which would translate into a 29:22 5K.

Holy smokes, I'm pumped.
