OHR W1D3
This one was harder. Combination of a lot of things: heat, I wore sweats (stupid), I ate supper about 45 minutes before I ran. It took me about 1.5 miles to ever feel very comfortable in my pace, breathing, and just generally. I really fought the mental aspect of it. I wanted to stop and walk after the first mile, and the second mile. I wasn't tired physically as much as I was mentally.
BUT...
...I did it. I completed the first week of OHR and my pace was good. It was probably a bit too fast.
