Funny what a different route can do. I really labored tonight and so I intentionally tried to take a nice easy pace and I thought that I was. According to my Nike+ sportsband, I was logging 11:00-11:30 m/m and ran a bit over 2.75 miles in the 31:08. But it was off and I actually ran just shy of 3 miles. I ran more hills than normal, too. I surprised myself.
