Insane elevation profile. Decided to follow the run 5, walk 1 routine for the entire run. Pace really trailed off in the last 5 miles or so. A lot of walk breaks, but my pace was right on target through 14, which is what my training plan called for. I just decided last minute to do the Idiot Run and thought it could be a good indicator for whether or not I should attempt the marathon in March. I'll have to see how quickly I recover from this one.
