I just wanted to run some and kind of unwind from the race. I didn't really have anything firm as far as a schedule for the run, so this would be more like a fartlek run. I started with 2 minutes @ 8 m/m, then 2 minutes very easy, 2 more minutes @ 8 m/m, 2 more minutes easy, then walked a minute, ran a minute, walked a minute, ran a minute then ran easy to the house.
