I'm amazed at what I'm able to do without meaning to. I ran quite a bit Monday and so today I decided to take a nice relaxed pace. So, I start out at what feels very relaxed and slow. It took me about a mile to really settle in, but when I did my breathing was controlled and I wasn't too tired. It's humid and that is wearing on me, but not too badly.
So, I get done and my relaxed run had a 10:15 pace. What a great feeling.
